An in-home newborn session

There is a great deal of special magic in having a newborn shoot in your family home - it is the place you feel the most comfortable in the whole world and where you bring your new bundle of joy home so the air of familiarity; the sounds, the scent, the rhythm of the home is one that your baby is already very quickly used to and often times it helps them feel less unsettled.

It also allows for you as mum to have one less thing to worry about in not having to pack up what feels like half the house to get both a newborn and perhaps a sibling into the car and a journey a studio. Instead, you can put your feet up and have a cuppa knowing that your baby is in safe hands with an expert in catching adorable yawns and taming excited toddlers. Rest assured that you won’t miss out on a studio experience because I arrived armed with all the best of my studio; everything from the bean bag to the delicate luxury wraps and clothing, music playlist and my famous baby-shusher (ask me about it please!) and a calming energy and vibe that says don’t worry mama, I got you…
