AUDIO MESSAGES TO YOUR INBOX
Maybe the baby is curled against you, breathing softly. Maybe you’re stealing a moment for yourself before the day begins again. Maybe no one else is awake, but you are.
Motherhood can be the most beautiful thing you’ve ever known, and also the loneliest.
There’s a moment, somewhere in the middle of it all, where you realise you’re not the same person you used to be. You love the baby in your arms more than anything, but a part of you wonders, Where did I go?
Maybe no one prepared you for how loud the silence of motherhood can feel. Maybe you miss who you were before. Maybe you don’t quite know where you begin and where you end anymore.
I get it. I’ve been there.
What is The 3AM Club?
For the one awake in the still hours, giving so much of herself and wondering if anyone sees how much she holds.
I created The 3AM Club because I know how easy it is to feel like you've disappeared inside motherhood.
They call it matrescence – the transition into becoming a mother, a process that is as physical as it is emotional. Some studies say it takes seven years to feel like yourself again.
But here’s what I believe - it’s not about becoming who you were before. It’s about growing into who you are meant to be next.
And that shift, that deep, quiet change, can feel lonely.
But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
